Errors & troubleshooting
Governium errors are explicit so you can remediate quickly. Many responses include a request_id for correlation.
invalid_api_key (401)
The key is unknown. Verify you are sending the exact Bearer token and that your subscription is active.
inactive_key (403)
The key exists but is not active (canceled, past_due, or not provisioned). Check your Stripe subscription status.
rate_limited (429)
Reduce request rate or add client-side backoff. If your workload needs a higher per-minute cap, upgrade your plan.
monthly_limit_exceeded (402)
You reached the monthly evaluation limit. Upgrade the plan or contact OLALA AI for custom limits.
invalid_body (400)
The gateway expects environment, model, tool and payload. Ensure payload is present even if empty, and tags is an object.
